What is the Return Period (Right of Withdrawal)?
The Buyer; in distance contracts related to the sale of goods, has the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reasons within fourteen days from the date of receiving the goods. In distance contracts related to the provision of services, this period starts from the date of signing the contract. If the provision of the service is agreed to be performed within fourteen days, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal until the date of performance. The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the seller.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by fax, telephone, or email within fourteen days, and it is a condition that the packaging and content are undamaged and can be resold by the Seller, in accordance with Article 4 of the Distance Sales Contract and the preliminary information published on the www.aviationheadsettr.com website, which is an integral part of this Agreement. Return procedures within the scope of the right of withdrawal are included in the Distance Sales Contract. In case of exercising this right, the original invoice related to the goods/services delivered to the third party or the Buyer must be returned. Within fourteen (fourteen) days following the receipt of the notification of withdrawal, the amount of the goods/services and delivery costs shall be refunded to the Buyer, and the Buyer is obliged to return the goods/services within a period of ten (ten) days. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal obligations cannot be refunded.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the Buyer or if the return becomes impossible, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller for the damage in proportion to the fault. Payments can be made by credit card, EFT, or bank transfer.
Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot be Used
Goods/services that cannot be returned due to their nature include goods/services that rapidly deteriorate or expire, single-use goods/services, and copyable software and programs. In addition, for the right of withdrawal to be exercised in software and programs of all kinds, DVD, DIVX, VCD, CD, MD, videotapes, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, and similar), and cosmetic materials, it is necessary that the packaging of the goods/services is unopened, undamaged, and unused.
a) Contracts related to goods or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider.
b) Contracts related to goods prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs.
c) Contracts for the delivery of goods for which the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, and which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene.
d) Contracts related to electronic services performed instantly or non-material goods delivered to the consumer instantly.
h) Contracts related to services for which the performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the right of withdrawal.
How will I return?
