Return and Cancellation Policy
Our website holds the protection of consumer rights among its highest priorities. In this regard, any issues arising from products or services encountered during your shopping experience are meticulously evaluated and resolved as quickly as possible.
Please note that "contracts relating to books, digital content, and computer consumables delivered in a physical medium, where protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals, or wrapping have been opened after delivery," are excludedfrom the right of withdrawal.

How Many Days is the Return Period (Right of Withdrawal)?
In distance contracts for the sale of goods, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification. In distance contracts for the provision of services, this period begins on the date the contract is signed. If the performance of the service is agreed to take place before the 14-day period expires, the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal until the date the performance begins. Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the Seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller within the 14-day period via the fax, telephone, or email provided above. Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Distance Sales Agreement and the preliminary information published on , the packaging and contents of the goods/services must be undamaged and in a condition that allows them to be offered for resale by the Seller.
The return procedures within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal are specified in the Distance Sales Agreement. If this right is exercised:
- The original invoice for the goods/services delivered to the third party or the Buyer must be returned.
- If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded.
- Within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the notification of withdrawal, the product/service price and delivery costs shall be refunded to the Buyer.
- The Buyer is obliged to return the goods/services within 10 (ten) days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the Buyer's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the Buyer is liable to compensate the Seller's losses in proportion to their fault. Payments can be made via credit card, EFT, or bank transfer.
Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Goods/services that cannot be returned due to their nature, rapidly perishing goods, goods past their expiration date, single-use items, and all types of copyable software and programs. Additionally, for the right of withdrawal to be valid for software, programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), and cosmetic products, the packaging must be unopened, intact, and unused.
The following are also excluded:
- a) Contracts for goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets beyond the seller's or provider's control.
- b) Goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's specific requests or personal needs.
- c) Delivery of goods whose protective elements (packaging, tape, seals) have been opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
- d) Contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
- h) Contracts for services that have begun with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
How Do I Make a Return?
Before sending the product to us, you must notify us of your return request by filling out the Product Return Form on this page. After our technical department provides you with shipping approval, please fill out the return form included with the package and send the product to us via a reliable courier company. Approval will be communicated via phone or email.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the sender. "Cash on delivery" (collect) shipments will not be accepted. If the returned items comply with our return conditions, the refund process will be initiated on the day the product reaches us.
Which products can be returned?
The product’s originality, hygiene, and resalability must be preserved. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for products with damaged packaging, opened seals, used items, or items that have been damaged. We kindly request that you state your reason for the return when sending the product back.

All domestic shipments are made via Yurtiçi Kargo. The delivery time of your shipment varies between 1 and 3 business days, depending on your city.
