Our site prioritizes the protection of consumer rights as one of its core principles. In this regard, any issues regarding products or services encountered during your shopping experience are meticulously evaluated and resolved as quickly as possible.
Please note that "contracts regarding books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in a physical medium, provided that the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery" are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How Many Days is the Return Period (Right of Withdrawal)?
In distance contracts regarding the sale of goods, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification. In distance contracts regarding the provision of services, this period begins on the date the contract is signed. If the performance of the service is agreed to take place before the expiration of the 14-day period, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal until the date the performance begins. Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the Seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller within the 14-day period via the fax, telephone, or email provided above. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 4 of the Distance Sales Contract and the preliminary information published on , the product/service packaging and contents must be undamaged and in a condition that allows the Seller to offer it for resale.
Return procedures within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal are detailed in the Distance Sales Contract. If this right is exercised:
- The original invoice for the goods/services delivered to the third party or the Buyer must be returned.
- The product/service fee and delivery costs will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days following the receipt of the withdrawal notice.
- The Buyer is obligated to return the goods/services within 10 days.
- If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded.
If the value of the goods decreases or return becomes impossible due to the Buyer's fault, the Buyer is liable to compensate the Seller's loss in proportion to their fault. Payments can be made via credit card, EFT, or wire transfer.
Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Goods/services that cannot be returned due to their nature, rapidly perishing goods, goods past their expiration date, single-use items, and all kinds of copyable software and programs. Additionally, for the right of withdrawal to be valid for all software, programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), and cosmetic products, the packaging must be unopened, intact, and unused.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to:
- a) Contracts for goods or services whose price changes depending on fluctuations in financial markets and is not under the control of the seller/provider.
- b) Goods prepared in line with the consumer's specific requests or personal needs.
- c) Delivery of goods whose protective elements (packaging, tape, seal) have been opened and are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
- d) Services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
- h) Services that started with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
How Do I Make a Return?
Before sending the product back, you must notify us of your request by filling out the Product Return Form on this page. After our technical department sends you a shipping approval, please fill out the return form included with your package and send the product to us via a reliable courier company. Approval will be notified to you via phone or email.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the sender. "Cash on delivery" (collect) shipments will not be accepted. If the items reach us in compliance with return conditions, the refund process will be initiated on the day the product is received.
Which products are accepted for return?
The product’s originality, hygiene, and resalability must be preserved. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for products with damaged packaging, opened packaging, or products that have been used or destroyed. We kindly ask that you state your reason for return when sending the product back.

All domestic shipments are made via Yurtiçi Kargo. The delivery time of your shipment varies between 1 and 3 business days, depending on your city.
